"Resilient people are generally more open to change, and able to quickly bounce back from setbacks. They are more collaborative and far more productive than their counterparts," says Stan, who hosts weekly calls reinforcing the lessons of "power thinking."
During the 30-minute calls, Stan invites folks to share their reflections about how they're incorporating the learnings toward becoming better at their jobs and improving inter-personal relationships
Before taking the reins of Power Thinking in 2011, Stan spent more than 25 years leading and changing organizations in both the public and private sectors by focusing on changing the thinking of each member of the respective teams.
